No Returns & All Sales Final Policy

At Rare Exotic Plant Shop, we carefully inspect, package, and ship all plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Because live plants are perishable, all sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including live plants, pots, or accessories.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.


Live Arrival Guarantee

If your plant arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide:

  • Clear photos of the plant

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photo of the shipping label

  • A full unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish

We will review the claim and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not provided.


Not Covered

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by weather after delivery

  • Normal plant stress from shipping

  • Issues caused by improper care after arrival

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages lost or stolen after being marked “Delivered”

We ship exactly to the address provided and cannot replace orders sent to incorrect addresses.
